Shout magazine will feature pop icon, Pixie Lott, in its next issue, on sale Wednesday 5th March.
In the interview with Shout, Pixie reflects on what she was like at age 14 and talks about fashion, friends and boys.
The singer/songwriter reveals her favourite trends of the moment and discusses her love of the ‘Clueless vibe’, “You know Cher Horowitz from [the movie] Clueless? That kind of style is really fun and cool.”
When asked what she was like at 14, Pixie replies, “I started writing my first album when I was 14 and I’d always stay late after school to do extra ballet and tap classes, and then at the weekends I’d go out with my friends.” She adds, “I was also flying to America and recording out there.”
On meeting her first, and current, boyfriend she said, “I’d never be too worried about having a boyfriend because I was too focused on my music.” Adding that when it came to getting a boyfriend, “I was definitely older than all my other friends, but it just naturally came along and so far, so good.”
During the interview, Pixie also revealed that she still keeps in touch with her friends from school, “All of my best friends who I see today are just exactly the same set of friends that I’ve had since I was at school.” Shout wanted to know more… do you argue, do your friends want to borrow your clothes and, importantly, what is Pixie like as a friend? All of which Pixie unveils in her interview.
The upcoming issue of Shout also features an interview with pop superstar Elyar Fox.
